Prodigal Returns:
Kill
the Fatted Calf - (Fatted H.O.W.G).. . .the
prodigal has returned......I think. :o)
Have been very busy about the Father's business. (and
other things) But now it's time for an AHHH experience. To just
sit, breathe, and feel the mystical presence of Spirit.
We
have been told that one must enter the

once again, I sit with my new large coffee mug. Pink,
with a teddy bear holding a heart that reads, "Love."
It
makes sense, you know. If Dr. Emoto brought the world's attention to
how words affect the crystals in water - then how important must be the cups,
the mugs, we drink from daily. They must display spiritual
qualities else we ingest repeatedly something that we really do not want.
For
instance, I have a mug from

so it goes. "Love" does nicely. Angels are good, too, as
are positive words and affirmations of what you want to attract.
Don't
feed your psyche with what you do not want. Be mindful.

New
Contraptions
My word. The contraptions of the
New Age - a Pasta Express (Christmas gift). A long,
plastic cylinder that is to be filled with pasta and boiling water. The
pasta cooks in the cylinder (Duh. Big surprise!)
Would be cute - if one did not have to boil the water
separately and then add to the pasta. Just as easy (or easier) to
place it all in the microwave at once, or in a pot on the stove.
I
guess it satisfies our questing, inner child who seeks toys (gadgets) to
play with.

My
friend was gathering her forces for a battle with someone with whom she
really wanted to reunite.
She
was sending a vibratory message, expecting a "show down."
Better
to gird your loins with Love; with Peace. . . . .and
expect Spirit to "show up."
Interesting
that the sound "won" is also spelled "One."
The
great Sufi mantra is: "la illaha el Allah Hu" Translates:
"There is no god (or self) except for the One that embraces all."

Fried
Water
My
Mama used to say (in her sweet, southern way) that "She
(whomever) was too dumb to boil water. (Bless her heart.)"
Ha.
Not only can I boil water, but I have discovered that I can also fry
it. :o)
The
other day I was cooking something that had boiling water in it and the water
spilled over onto the burners and started frying. I watched it,
intrigued, but had to leave for an engagement and did not take time
to wipe it up. When I returned, the water had turned an interesting
shade of burnt brown. And is still there. (Bad me. I need Holy Spirit inspiration to scourge
that naughty, burnt water.)
Thank
goodness it isn't "living water" that will continue to bubble,
sizzle, and replenish itself. (John 4:10)

Yesterday
was such a blissful day that I found myself wanting to re-create it
today. I wonder, is that how religions came to be so crystallized?
It seemed good at that moment, so it was duplicated (as much as possible) until
it became a ritual; a tradition?
That
is like climbing a ladder and thinking, "Gee, it's elevated here on this
second rung. I think I'll just cling here for thousands of
years."
That
rung was only towards the bottom of what was available. How magnificent
the view must be higher up. But one will never know if one wants only the
'status quo.'
What
a strange world. The souls, usually, that have a higher vision are either
ridiculed, or worshipped as Super Stars: New Age Heretics or New Age Gurus.
I
love the old adage: How do you spell Guru? G - U - R - U.
I
can only add: R - U ?

What
Does the Future Hold?
Over
thirty years ago, my sister (Pat) taught me how to read Tarot cards. . . . .a metaphysical 'toy' to which many people seem
to be greatly attracted. Actually, I have been using them somewhat
in my Wednesday night class on the Book of Revelation. I only use
the Rider-Waite deck. The symbols on those are beautifully clear and
tell the whole story of this wonderfully simple, yet complex, life-form -
Hu-man. (So much in that word. Hu - Breath
of God; Man - Mind, Thinker).
Most
people today use Tarot (rhymes with narrow) to tell 'fortunes.' (Not hard
to do. Keep walking to the edge of a cliff and
if one does not turn to the right or to the left, one will fall off the
cliff and go "splat." Elementary, my dear Mr. Watson.)
One
can tentatively "see" one's
future. If one persists in doing a certain thing in a certain way,
the predictable result is. . . . .whatever
corresponds.
Not
happy with the card reading? Change the cause and you'll change the effect.
i.e. If Pentacles appear in the "Fear" position
of your reading, you are most likely concerned about something financial.
What
to do? Start thinking about your present blessings: the cells of
your body rich with God-life, a comfortable bed, adequate food and
clothes. Education, your car, your family, your job,
your Spiritual awakening. Maybe you have lost a job or changed
positions. What an opportune time to begin to meditate; to explore
Spirit's '
The
Book of Revelation states, "I know your (sense of) poverty, but you are rich."
(Rev. 2:9) God knows the Truth and observes your error thoughts on the
subject - but ultimately there is only Truth; that which God
Knows! (Alleluia Amen! ) :o)

Matters
of the Heart:
But,
what if the Queen of Cups appears in the location of your hopes and desires?
Cups
represent matters of the heart. I suppose most people have a deep-seated
desire to meet their perfect compliment; their
ideal 'dream' partner. How often does it seem to happen that they,
instead, encounter a nightmare? A little
unfinished business? Oh the lessons; the unfolding insight!
What, I ask you, could be a better teacher than a heart that has been cracked?
Many
things do not reveal their sweetness, their innate goodness, until they have
been cracked. (i.e. coconuts, geodes, pecans,
Tootsie-pops). :o)
The
ancient wisdom teaching holds true: "When the student is ready,
the Teacher will appear." In whatever form, with
whatever face, in whatever way.
The
growing God-seed in your heart is always bursting outer shells - and revealing
deeper, sweeter, love-drops.
Ah. . . . .I read your future. You have Key 21 of the
Major Arcana - "The World." Your success as a Godling on this
planet is assured! :o)
